In 2022, I began the process of getting my esthetics program approved by the state, a major undertaking that required my full focus and capacity. By 2023, I welcomed my second child while simultaneously preparing my first cohort of estheticians. At that time, I was running the supply store, teaching over 20 hours per week, managing Glam Lab Salon, servicing lash clients, training students, healing postpartum, and attempting to maintain balance. It became clear that to protect my health and properly serve my students, a strategic shift was required.
Pausing Lash Lab Supply Store was not a setback; it was a deliberate decision to rebuild the foundation correctly. That pause created the space needed to strengthen programs, stabilize internal systems, and plan for a more sustainable future. Since then, I have been able to focus on one cohort at a time, maintaining a 100% licensing rate.
On 11/11 of this year, Lash Lab Supply Store officially relaunched with renewed clarity, structure, and intention. The focus moving forward is simple: reliable store hours, consistent shipping, and high-quality, tested lash products designed for working professionals who value speed, retention, and precision.
