Ms. Hood is a state-approved and licensed esthetics educator based in Portland, Oregon — and the founder of Lash Lab. With a passion for making lash theory digestible and accessible for every learning style, she has trained over 200 students and built one of Portland's most trusted lash education programs. Her small-group format means every student gets real hands-on time, honest feedback, and the confidence to start booking clients immediately after training.

The questions every future lash artist asks — answered.
Do I need a license to take this training?
No license is required to take the class — beginners are welcome. To perform lash services on paying clients in Oregon, you'll need an esthetics or cosmetology license, and we can point you toward the right licensing path through Beauty University guidance.
How do payments work?
A $600 deposit reserves your seat, and the remaining balance is due by training day. Payment plans are available — just reach out and we'll set one up. Please note: all training purchases are non-refundable.
What's included in my kit?
Your fully loaded professional kit is included in tuition — everything you need to practice and start taking clients: tweezers, adhesive, lash trays, and all the essentials.
What happens after training?
You'll leave with hands-on experience, honest feedback, and ongoing access to Ms. Hood and the Lash Lab community — plus mentorship and business-building resources through Beauty University.
What if I can't make my training date?
All training purchases are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, reach out at least 7 days before your training date — dates can be transferred one time with approval. See our full refund policy for details.
