Day 1: Foundations and technique
- Watch a professional demo of the services done by the educator
- Lash and brow anatomy and the growth cycle
- Client consultation, patch testing and contraindications
- Sanitation and station setup
- Lash lift: product overview, shield sizing and placement, processing times, and troubleshooting
- Brow lamination: brow mapping, product application, processing, and setting the shape
- Lash and brow tinting: color selection, mixing, application and safe timing
- Demonstrations and practice on mannequins
Day 2: Live model practice
- Quick review and Q&A
- Full lash lift, brow lamination and tint services on a live model, with Alexus guiding each step
- Aftercare instructions and client education
- Pricing, booking and marketing these services
- Wrap-up and next steps
